Easy and quick soup that doesn’t feel like a diet option at all!
The use of pork belly slices was intentional compare to other type of meat as the pork adds the flavour needed for the soup without additional sauce needed.
The shirataki noodles can be removed and replaced by rice if you’re not on a restrictive diet.
Kimchi Pork Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- 75 g Pork belly slices
- 100 g Kimchi
- 70 g Shirataki noodles
- 150 g Soft tofu
- 1 tsp Gochujang
Instructions
- Briefly cook the pork belly until half cooked to let out the oil and set aside.75 g Pork belly slices
- Add the kimchi and stir-fry for a minute.100 g Kimchi
- Add half a bowl of water and the shirataki noodle and let it boil.70 g Shirataki noodles
- After boiling add the meat, tofu and gochujang into the soup.75 g Pork belly slices, 150 g Soft tofu
- Cook until meat is cooked and enjoy!
