Instructions
Briefly cook the pork belly until half cooked to let out the oil and set aside.
75 g Pork belly slices
Add the kimchi and stir-fry for a minute.
100 g Kimchi
Add half a bowl of water and the shirataki noodle and let it boil.
70 g Shirataki noodles
After boiling add the meat, tofu and gochujang into the soup.
75 g Pork belly slices,
150 g Soft tofu
Cook until meat is cooked and enjoy!
