Ingredients
  

  • 75 g Pork belly slices
  • 100 g Kimchi
  • 70 g Shirataki noodles
  • 150 g Soft tofu
  • 1 tsp Gochujang

Method
 

  1. Briefly cook the pork belly until half cooked to let out the oil and set aside.
    75 g Pork belly slices
  2. Add the kimchi and stir-fry for a minute.
    100 g Kimchi
  3. Add half a bowl of water and the shirataki noodle and let it boil.
    70 g Shirataki noodles
  4. After boiling add the meat, tofu and gochujang into the soup.
    75 g Pork belly slices, 150 g Soft tofu
  5. Cook until meat is cooked and enjoy!
