A quick and easy low-carb option:
Bowl for One #5: Chicken Mushroom Cabbage Stir-fry
Ingredients
- 150 g Chicken Thigh
- 240 g Cabbage
- 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom pre-soak in water for few hours and reserve water
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Slice cabbage and mushroom, and cut chicken into bite size pieces.150 g Chicken Thigh, 240 g Cabbage, 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom
- Cook chicken in pan for 2 minutes and add salt to taste.150 g Chicken Thigh, Salt
- Add cabbage, mushroom, and reserved mushroom water.240 g Cabbage, 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom
- Add soy sauce and sugar after cabbage is soft.1/2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Cook for another 5 mins or until chicken is cooked.
