Slice cabbage and mushroom, and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
150 g Chicken Thigh, 240 g Cabbage, 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom
Cook chicken in pan for 2 minutes and add salt to taste.

Add cabbage, mushroom, and reserved mushroom water.
240 g Cabbage, 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom
Add soy sauce and sugar after cabbage is soft.
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1/2 tsp Sugar
Cook for another 5 mins or until chicken is cooked.
