Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Chicken Thigh
  • 240 g Cabbage
  • 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom pre-soak in water for few hours and reserve water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Method
 

  1. Slice cabbage and mushroom, and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    150 g Chicken Thigh, 240 g Cabbage, 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom
  2. Cook chicken in pan for 2 minutes and add salt to taste.
    150 g Chicken Thigh, Salt
  3. Add cabbage, mushroom, and reserved mushroom water.
    240 g Cabbage, 10 g Dried shiitake mushroom
  4. Add soy sauce and sugar after cabbage is soft.
    1/2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1/2 tsp Sugar
  5. Cook for another 5 mins or until chicken is cooked.
