This dish depends heavily on the flavour of the ingredients and therefore not much extra seasoning is required.
Wombok pork tofu soup
Ingredients
- 90 g Pork belly slices
- 100 g Wombok
- 150 g Soft tofu
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut wombok into bite size pieces and tofu into slices.100 g Wombok, 150 g Soft tofu
- Briefly cook pork belly in wok to let out the oil and set aside.90 g Pork belly slices
- And wombok and half bowl of water and let it boil.100 g Wombok
- Add tofu and salt to taste.150 g Soft tofu, salt
- Cook until wombok is soft to your preference.
- Add the pork back into soup and serve after pork is cooked and enjoy!90 g Pork belly slices
