Instructions
Cut chicken and tomato, and split mushroom into bite size pieces.
120 g Chicken Thigh,
1.5 Tomato,
50 g Oyster Mushroom
Pan-fry chicken until surface is cooked.

Add tomato and a dash of sugar and stir-fry for few seconds.

Sugar
Add mushroom and stir-fry until all ingredients are mixed.
50 g Oyster Mushroom
Add water until it covers the ingredients and let it cook for 3 mins.
Add the udon noodle and cook for another 2 mins.
200 g Udon Noodle
Pour everything into a large bowl and enjoy!
