Hand-Rolled Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g plain flour
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 150 ml water

Method
 

  1. Mix flour and salt. Gradually add water while mixing until it forms a rough dough.

  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Continue kneading for another 5-10 until dough is smooth. Cover and let it rest for another 45 minutes.
  4. Roll the rested dough into a thin rectangular sheet, about 2-3mm thick.
  5. Dust both sides with flour, roll, and cut into thin strips.
  6. Boil 2-3 mins until just cooked.
