Prepare bok choy: Wash thoroughly and separate leaves from the stem.
200 g Bok Choy
Heat wok/pan: Add vegetable oil over medium heat.
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Add garlic: Sauté until fragrant and avoid browning (10-20 seconds).
2 cloves garlic
Stir-fry bok choy: Increase to high heat and toss in the bok choy stems, stir for 2 minutes until they begin to soften. Toss in the leaves and continue stir-frying for another minute until just wilted.
200 g Bok Choy
Season: Add fish sauce and mix well. Do a taste test and add a pinch of salt if needed.
1 tsp fish sauce, salt
Serve: Plate while hot. Enjoy as a side dish!
