Stir-fry Bok Choy

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Bok Choy
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare bok choy: Wash thoroughly and separate leaves from the stem.

  2. Heat wok/pan: Add vegetable oil over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic: Sauté until fragrant and avoid browning (10-20 seconds).
    2 cloves garlic
  4. Stir-fry bok choy: Increase to high heat and toss in the bok choy stems, stir for 2 minutes until they begin to soften. Toss in the leaves and continue stir-frying for another minute until just wilted.
    200 g Bok Choy
  5. Season: Add fish sauce and mix well. Do a taste test and add a pinch of salt if needed.
    1 tsp fish sauce, salt
  6. Serve: Plate while hot. Enjoy as a side dish!
