Thai Style Beef Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 40 g mixed leaf salad
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 100 g scotch fillet
  • chilli
  • coriander

Sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp raw sugar replacement
  • lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over high heat.
  • Cook steak for 2 minutes each side or to your liking.
    100 g scotch fillet
  • Chop tomatoes and cucumber into bite sizes and cut red onion into slices.
    80 g cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/4 red onion
  • Assemble salad with the mixed leaf salad, tomato, cucumber and onion.
    40 g mixed leaf salad, 80 g cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup cucumber
  • Mix ingredients for sauce and add to salad.
    1/2 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp raw sugar replacement, lime juice
  • Add chilli and coriander to taste and enjoy!
